FREE shipping is available on all orders for Australian shipping addresses!

Order processing time (Business Days): 2-3 day. We process orders Monday-Friday.

Average Shipping Time within Australia (Business Days): 2 to 8 days (Average from Past orders)

Note: Order processing and shipping time may vary depending on the items or products and the region where the items are to be shipped. Item shipping time may vary depending on various factors. We offer “Free Shipping Australia-wide” to all items on Hridz.com.au so you can do peace of mind shopping without worrying about any hidden cost. It usually takes anywhere from approximately 2 to 8 business days however in rare cases, it may take up to 5-10 working days for the items to be delivered to the shipping address from the shipping date within Australia.

Note: For example on rare occasions, your order may take longer than above mentioned time frame due to various factors (eg. Covid, Flood etc.)

We always encourage you to contact us before purchasing to know a rough estimated shipping time for the items you are willing to purchase. Check our Refund policy to know more about guaranteed shipping time and refunds.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us before we ship your package. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it will be difficult to make any changes to that.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, we will do everything in our ability to satisfy your shopping experience in our online shop.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time, you can request a full refund or a reshipment within 15 days after the guaranteed shipping time expires. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a full refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Please make sure the information you entered at the time of purchase is correct. If your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address), you may not be eligible to receive a full refund however, store credit may be issued and provided for your next purchase.

If your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of hridz.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster), we will issue a full refund or a store credit of the amount you spent.

In exceptional circumstances outside the control of hridz.com, the order may get delayed (i.e. package has been lost in transit), and we will issue a full refund.

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired. You can do it by sending us a message on the Contact Us page or emailing support@theli.com.au with your invoice number.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
